In his role as the Executive Director of the Sustainable Enterprise Conference Oren Wool coordinates the production of the annual event. He works with local community leaders to provide a program that emphasizes sustainable opportunities for prosperity and resilience in the North Bay. Oren is one of the founders of this annual event and is gratified for the growing awareness of sustainability and support for the conference. Beyond the conference, Oren is a contractor in the natural products industry. Recent clients include organizations focused on food safety, organic agriculture, herbal supplements, fair trade, biodiversity and healthy lifestyles.

Michael Giotis is the principle of inHabit Business Systems, where he facilitates strategy workshops that use hidden organizational knowledge, and consults startups on scaling for resiliency. His work is based on based on 15 years of international organization leadership. He uses game design principles to design tools and activities which model organizational processes to help companies increase capacity for innovation and sustainability.

Amie Glass is a communications and community relations consultant who specializes in connecting people, profit and planet.  She is also an associate with CircadiaOne, a consulting firm that guides enterprise change to sustainability.  Prior to this, Amie managed the California Green Business Program for Sonoma County’s Economic Development Board and the Communications and Fellows Network for the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy.

Pam Su is currently the Director of Campus Recreation at Sonoma State University, but has been with the university’s non-profit auxiliary, the Sonoma Student Union Corporation, for almost 20 years. After discovering her love for recreation as a soccer, basketball, and volleyball player while growing up, she received her BA in Human Physiology from UC Berkeley, and MS in Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance from Eastern Michigan University.

Carl Shuller has over 18+ years of corporate experience, primarily in the areas of IT and program management, and recently made the transition into the social-profit sector. His formal education culminated with a Master Degree in Human Environment Relations from Cornell University. He is a trained facilitator of the Pachamama Alliance's 'Awakening The Dreamer ' Symposium and maintains that “together we can bring forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling and socially just human presence on this planet as a guiding principle of our times."

Dani has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing. Opening her own Santa Rosa based firm, B2B Media & Marketing in 2009, after working for the New York Times owned North Bay Business Journal, she has found her voice as a consultant in any number of industries. She believes in sustainable built environments and campaigns for better communication between business activists and the preservationist. Dani holds a BA degree from San Francisco State in Media Theory, as well as completing several certificate programs in marketing from Sonoma State University.

Robert Girling is a Professor in the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. He received his Ph. D. from Stanford University and has taught and consulted in 20 different countries. He has also taught at the Federal University of Bahia, the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil, the University of the West Indies and American University in Washington D.C. He has consulted with the World Bank, USAID, the United Nations, and the International Center for Research on Women.

Terry Garrett has been the co-managing member of Sonoma County GO LOCAL and Sustaining Technologies since 2009. He also serves as a member of the Sonoma County Food System Alliance and as a board member of Sonoma County Economic Development Board and also on its Cannabis Task Force. Prior to his work in local economic development, he published local newsweekly newspapers and magazines, and developed marketing programs for local retailers and restaurants. Currently he is co-publisher of the local food industry magazine, Made Local. Later this fall he with Sustaining Technologies will be launching CRED Magazine and CREDx, an online community exchange for the cannabis sector.

Jingmei Su was born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China. She holds a B.A. in English Translation from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China. She permanently moved to the U.S. in 2013. Currently she is an MBA student at the Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute, graduating in May 2016. She is interested in learning and gaining experience in all aspects of the wine business. She is concomitantly pursuing her Diploma of Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). She is planning on obtaining a certificate in viticulture and oenology program from Santa Rosa Junior College. Jingmei is amazed by the wine industry and thrives in combining her language skills with her wine education. Recently, Jingmei was offered a job by Robert Mondavi Winery in May 2015.

Larry grew up in a farming family in Arkansas that had a strong commitment to land stewardship and conservation. This deeply ingrained value has guided his work and career. In 1986, with funding from Hands Across America, he engaged the city of Little Rock, Arkansas to create a "Strategic Plan to End Hunger and Homelessness in 10 years." The Hunger Project then asked him to lead their People-to-people Initiative, a project to generate the conversation for "Taking care of our own in the United States." Raymond Lucchesi RA, LEED AP is a Principal at Regenesis, whose work is partnering people and their place to regenerate ecosystems and the human spirit. Ray has 40 years of experience in the built environment as an architect and planner practicing regenerative development, sustainable and integrated design, biomimicry and interpretive planning. As an architect, Ray has been involved in several projects obtaining LEED Certification, including the Springs Preserve and Desert Living Center and Garden, which produced seven LEED Platinum buildings. Ray graduated from Arizona State University with an emphasis in arid-region ecosystems and passive-design. He also planned and led the development of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Architecture, was the Founding Director, and on the faculty for 25 years.
