Torina is a Sonoma County native with a degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Having focused on transportation planning, Torina is now the Senior Transportation Planner at the City of Santa Rosa, managing long range planning and installation of bicycle and pedestrian projects citywide. Torina is passionate about sustainable transportation that allows any community member to traverse the city by any means they’d like, in a manner that is safe and comfortable. Her goal is to ensure that Santa Rosa is a livable and vibrant city that accommodates people of all ages and abilities while focusing on sustainable systems to improve quality of life and the vitality of the community.
