As the marketing director at SOMO Village, he leverages his background in business development and hospitality—gained from previous roles in Dubai—to create innovative spaces that foster collaboration and success.

Plich specializes in developing strategic marketing initiatives, forging key partnerships, and overseeing operations to enhance member experiences. His leadership extends beyond coworking, with plans to establish a sales department for SOMO Living, a new home-building company, and to launch Komplex Studio, a wellness-focused fitness center featuring hot yoga, functional training, open gym spaces, and dedicated recovery amenities.
