D’Lynda Fischer is a former Petaluma City Council Member and founder of Cool Petaluma. She has a Masters in Urban Planning from
the University of Southern California and a Sustainability Certificate from Dominican University. She was the owner of Fischer Associates, a Land Use consulting firm based in Los Angeles and Sporteve, a women’s athletic boutique. She currently stewards land in the foothills of East Petaluma with a flock of small ruminants.
