The Sustainable Enterprise Conference offers sponsorship and exhibit opportunities to organizations that would like to support this year’s conference and become partners in helping North Bay businesses transition to economic, environmental and social sustainability. Sponsorship levels are available with different levels of benefits.

To maximize your sponsorship exposure and to ensure that you get the full benefit of sponsorship participation, it is important for your organization to act promptly. Also note that exhibitor space will be limited. Please respond as early as possible to ensure participation in sponsorship and exhibits.

All sponsors receive the following benefits:

  • Name, logo & contact information in conference program.
  • Passes to all conference sessions, activities, lunch and reception.
  • Logo acknowledgement and link to organization on conference web site.
  • Exhibit space in Exhibit Hall, OR Sponsor provided literature will be displayed at the Sponsor Information Table.

Visionary Sponsor :: $10,000

This is our highest level of support and provides your company with high brand visibility, networking time with conference speakers and full acess to all events.

Sponsorship benefits:

  • 8 passes to all conference sessions, activities, lunch and reception
  • 2 verbal acknowledgements during conference program
  • Full page announcement in the conference program
  • Your logo projected between presentations
  • Prominent logo placement on conference promotional material
  • Acknowledgement in at least one press release
  • Display of sponsor-provided banner at Main Stage
  • Full page on conference web site.
  • Exhibit space (if desired) in Exhibit Hall, OR Sponsor-provided literature will be displayed at the Sponsor Information Table.

Wine Reception Sponsor

We close the conference day with a networking wine reception offing local wine and cheese. Present your North Bay sourced wine, cheese or other sampling foods for the post conference Wine Reception. This is a chance to bring your company "to the party" and showcase your brand to a thirsty audience.

Suggested donation for wineries is 12 bottles to be included in the reception.

Sponsorship Benefits:

  • 1 pass to all conference sessions, activities, lunch and reception
    (for donations of 12 or more bottles)
  • 1 verbal acknowledgement during the reception
  • Announcement in the conference program
  • Display of sponsor-provided signage in the Reception Hall
