In his role as the Executive Director of the Sustainable Enterprise Conference Oren Wool coordinates the production of the annual event. He works with local community leaders to provide a program that emphasizes sustainable opportunities for prosperity and resilience in the North Bay. Oren is one of the founders of this annual event and is gratified for the growing awareness of sustainability and support for the conference. Beyond the conference, Oren is a contractor in the natural products industry. Recent clients include organizations focused on food safety, organic agriculture, herbal supplements, fair trade, biodiversity and healthy lifestyles.

Robert Girling is a Professor in the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. He received his Ph. D. from Stanford University and has taught and consulted in 20 different countries. He has also taught at the Federal University of Bahia, the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil, the University of the West Indies and American University in Washington D.C. He has consulted with the World Bank, USAID, the United Nations, and the International Center for Research on Women.

Julie Foley is a consultant in event planning and management. She has managed events in Sonoma County for over 10 years and most recently worked for a local manufacturing leader in the natural food industry. Sustainability and harnessing the power of local collaborative movements has been at the forefront of her efforts. Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.

From motion picture marketing at the LA Times to driving sustainability initiatives at Auberge Resorts, she models authentic leadership and teamwork. Her diverse background also consists of certifications as a Yoga Instructor and Facilitator. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
