2018 Expo Room Layout

Here's where you'll find all the information about the Sustainable Enterprise Conference Exhibit Hall.

The Exhibit Hall is open on June 22, 2018 during the Sustainable Enterprise Conference from 8AM to 4PM. Your exhibitor pass is a full conference pass and includes lunch and the reception and you are not required to staff your table during the event. You are encouraged to attend as many conference sessions as you like. Our 350 plus attendees will be moving in and out of the Exhibit Hall during the day with peak traffic during our breaks.

Exhibit Space Location

The Exhibit Hall is located in the SOMO Village Event Center Center (directions).
1100 Valley House Drive, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 (parking map)

A standard exhibit table is 6’ and includes a chair and table linen on request. Sponsors can requester larger spaces. Those bringing your own table need to make special arrangements if your table is longer than 6 feet.

Check in at the registration desk to get your table assignment and name badges. Your contact for additional information will be at the registration desk.

Setup and Teardown

You are welcome to load-in from the front door of the Event Center.

Installation time is Friday, June 22 from 6:00 – 8:00 AM, or by special request. Conference sessions begin at 8AM.

There will be coffee and pastries starting at 6:30 AM on June 22.  Please have your exhibit space ready by 8:00 AM.

ALL conference teardown must be completed by 6:00 PM. No materials may be left or stored on-site. Please remember to remove all of your promotional materials. We pride ourselves on being a low waste event.
