We will post the 2012 Exhibit Hall floor plan on May 10.

Exhibit Space Location

The Exhibit Hall is located in the Sonoma Mountain Village Event Center (directions).
1100 Valley House Drive, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 (parking map)

The Exhibit Hall is adjacent to the Plenary Session area. Your exhibit table space is 4’ by 3’ and we will supply a chair and linen for your table. Check in at the registration desk to get your table assignment and name badges. Your contact for additional information will be at the registration desk.

Due to the proximity of the exhibit space to the plenary sessions, we ask that you speak quietly in the exhibit area during all plenary sessions. You’ll see volunteers with quiet signs to remind you.

Setup and Teardown

You are welcome to load-in from any door of the Event Center.
Installation times are Thursday, May 10 from 4 – 7 PM and Friday May 11 from 6:30 – 7:30 AM.
There will be coffee and continental breakfast starting at 7AM on May 11.
Please have your exhibit space ready by 8 AM, Friday, May 11.
The conference will begin promptly at 8 AM.

ALL conference teardown must be completed by 8:00 PM on Friday, May 11, 2012.  No materials may be left or stored on-site. Please remember to remove all of your promotional materials.
