We are the newest wave of farmers, ranchers, chefs, artisans and sustainable food system advocates. With a passion for feeding our local communities, we come together to share skills, knowledge and a meal after a long day in the field, pasture and milking barn. Founded by farmers for farmers, our community helps to support every scale of healthy food production by collectively striving toward the economic viability of agriculture as well as the social networks necessary to attract, cultivate and sustain a new generation ready to work the land.
Singing Frogs Farm is a local farm supplying produce through their CSA memberships and Farmers' Markets.
Singing Frogs Farm is unique in that they farm FOR Mother Nature. Unlike typical organic and conventional farm operations, Singing Frogs Farm encourages and celebrates the vast diversity of life in its fields. Singing Frogs Farm has expanded riparian areas, established wildlife habitat, and planted native hedgerows in and throughout the fields. By increasing the strength and vitality of Mother Nature on our property, we have increased the abundance and resilience of our crop production systems allowing us to grow far more food than any other type of agricultural system while producing fresh vegetables, berries, herbs and fruits that are substantially healthier and more nutrient dense for our friends and community.
Daily Acts is a sustainability non-profit that inspires action to create more nourishing, connected, and resilient communities. We offer tours, workshops, and presentations which promote ecological design solutions to environmental and social crises. We focus on hands-on, people powered solutions like greywater, rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, food forests, saving seeds, preserving the harvest, sheet-mulching lawns, and involving your friends and neighbors.
Grounded in the core belief that every choice you make matters, we take a heart-centered approach to personal and community transformation. Our education programs, action campaigns, and strategic alliances connect people to each other and to their own power to grow food, conserve resources and build local resilience. By partnering with local municipalities, organizations, and businesses; we educate thousands of people each year.
