Call for Presenters

We welcome your suggestions or proposals for speakers and session topics. This form is the way to submit a speaking proposal for the May 11, 2012 conference.

2012 Conference Theme:
Collaborating for a Sustainable Future

For 2012 our program team is seeking sustainability presentations that hightlight organizational collaborations like public/private partnerships, third party verification, business incubators and development groups, social media, job training, and open-source technology. Show our audience where these collaborations are creating opportunities for enterprises that want to prosper in today's economy with triple bottom line results.

Proposals that are practical, interactive and offer lessons learned from your experience are welcomed. Our goal is to provide workshops that stimulate discovery of what participants can do to develop sustainable practices in their enterprises, whether business, government, nonprofit or educational. Workshops should be 60-75 minutes lond, and address one or more of the conference objectives:

• Discover opportunities for organizations and individuals to collaborate on sustainability for impact.
• Understand the North Bay economy and how organizations use sustainability to gain an advantage.
• Describe innovations for greater organizational sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for enterprises to optimize their resource management.
• Learn to identify proven attributes of sustainable practices.
• Highlight inspiring new sustainability trends and opportunities.
• Present sustainability opportunities for Northern California organizations.

We are eager to hear your proposals - the deadline to submit is January 22, 2012. (Call for papers - RFP.pdf) Due to the high number of submissions not all applicants will receive a reply - we thank you in advance for your efforts in our common goal.
