Maggie Winslow, Ph.D.

Maggie teaches economics courses at Presidio. She holds an M.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan and a PhD from the Energy & Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley. A cum laude graduate of Williams College in Environmental Studies, she has worked for Environmental Defense, The Conservation Strategy Fund and, most recently, Redefining Progress where her research looked at the distributional impacts of energy use and energy policy. Her dissertation work examined the relationship between urban air pollution, economic growth and democracy.
