Bobbi K. Hoff Beehler, C.P.A., C.F.A. is a certified public accountant and chartered financial analyst licensed to practice in California and is a manager with Pisenti & Brinker LLP in its Santa Rosa, California office. Mrs. Hoff Beehler has also received her Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses as well as her Real Estate Salesperson license. In 2008 she received her EcoGreen certification and was recognized as one of the top “40 under 40” business professionals in the North Bay by the North Bay Business Journal. Mrs. Hoff Beehler served on the City of Santa Rosa Refuse Committee from 2002 – 2009, and was instrumental in implementing single stream recycling and converting the refuse vehicles to using alternative fuels. She currently serves as an appointed member of the Measure O Oversight Commission and the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce Economic Vitality committee. In 2008 she was a candidate for Santa Rosa City Council.
She holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting as well as a BA in Sociology. Mrs. Hoff Beehler has previously held positions as a manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP where she performed audit services as well as assisted companies contemplating public stock offerings. Mrs. Hoff Beehler was an Associate Research Analyst with RBC Dain Rauscher covering branded consumer and specialty retailing stocks where she prepared financial models, determined valuations, wrote research reports and gave investment opinions on the companies she followed. She has also served as the Director of Investor Relations for a publicly traded internet company where she participated in two private security placements and led teams in a public offering, the acquisition of another company and eventually the sale of the Company to WebMD.
Mrs. Hoff Beehler currently concentrates on business valuations, management advisory services, corporate taxation and assurance services. In 2008 she co-launched the Sustainable Business Practice Group at Pisenti & Brinker where she advises companies on adopting sustainable practices including operational reviews and efficiency analysis, rate of return and payback period analysis for green initiatives, assistance with green business certifications and examinations of tax incentives and rebates opportunities for adopting sustainable practices.
Mrs. Hoff Beehler is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Corporate Transfer Pricing Association, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the North Bay Association of Realtors.
