Commercial Lender:  Blaine Laney is a highly successful, results-oriented 40-year veteran lender with 34 years in Community Banking.  His expertise and experience encompass Commercial Real Estate, Trade Finance, Letters of Credit, SBA, Asset-Based Lending on a Standard, Streamlined and Unsecured Basis, and Commercial Lines of Credit, Equipment and C&I Lending and buying and selling Participation Loans. 

Business Development: Mr. Laney supervised the successful transformation of two problem banks into well-organized profitable institutions.  He developed an extensive referral network with minority small businessmen and brokers that generated over 130 million in new business over the last three years, as well as strong niche markets for hotel and gasoline station lending, residential care homes, and student housing.
