Sustainable Enterprise 2010 Conference Site

The Sustainable Enterprise Conference is very pleased to be reconvening at Sonoma Mountain Village for the 5th year. We choose Sonoma Mountain Village as our host site after considering their comprehensive Sustainability Action Plan and the Sonoma Mountain Business Incubator, devoted to incubating socially responsible businesses.

Under development by Codding Enterprises, an investment holding company with investments in commercial real estate, a commercial construction company, green building product companies, and subsidiary that develops deeply sustainable mixed-use communities, Sonoma Mountain Village is one it’s largest investments.

Sonoma Mountain Village is a 200-acre, mixed- use, solar powered, zero-waste community and is internationally recognized as the first One Planet Community in North America and one of World’s Greenest Neighborhoods. The community will bring an exhilarating and convenient lifestyle to be enjoyed while living within our fair share of the Earth’s natural resources. Today, Codding is leasing space to green companies like DC Power and Aspen Air, and helping national companies like Comcast and AT&T improve their environmental bottom line.

Directions to Sonoma Mountain Village Event Center

Sonoma Mountain Village occupies 200 acres in Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, California, about 45 minutes north of San Francisco. It is an environmentally-conscious redevelopment of a former Agilent Technologies campus, combining New Urbanism with future sustainability.

Northbound HWY 101

• Take HWY 101 NORTH to Old Redwood Hwy exit toward Penngrove and turn right.
• Turn right on Main Street.
• Main Street becomes Petaluma Hill Road.
• Turn left on Valley House Drive and drive approximately 0.5 mile to Sonoma Mountain Village main entrance.

Southbound HWY 101

• Take HWY 101 SOUTH to Gravenstein Hwy exit toward Cotati and turn left.
• Turn right on Old Redwood Hwy and then left on East Cotati Avenue.
• Turn right on Bodway Parkway and then right on Valley House Drive at Sonoma Mountain Village main entrance.
